SUEZ Vinca Operator Operation and Maintenance of all built facilities and structures shall be managed and maintained by newly incorporated company under the Serbian Laws and regulations, Suez Vinča Operator Ltd. This company, fully owned by Suez, France will implement best practices, proven at other Suez projects, to manage disposal of communal waste and utilization of communal waste and landfill gas for production of heating and electrical energy to the highest industry standards and in accordance with best practices.
EPC Contractor for Waste to Energy Plant CNIM
CNIM is an international specialist in waste treatment and waste-to-energy solutions, providing its Engineering, Procurement and Construction services to Beo Čista Energija d.o.o. CNIM team along with Energoprojekt Entel Belgrade provides design, while other specialist local and international subcontractors would be engaged to build and commission Belgrade’s Waste to Energy plant for the thermal treatment of household waste and production of electrical power and thermal energy. CNIM Is one of the world’s most reputable EPC contractors in the field of energy-from-waste facilities on an exclusive basis for the Project, considering:
- CNIM’s experience in developing similar references in Europe and in developing countries,
- Proven track record of project execution on time and on budget,
- Experienced internal resources for the design, procurement and project management,
- Experience in managing local subcontractors.

EPC Contractor for Civil works
ENERGOPROJEKT NISKOGRADNJA Plc.
Energoprojekt Niskogradnja plc. is engaged in delivering Engineering, Procurement and Construction services to Beo Čista Energija d.o.o. related to construction of the new sanitary landfill, rehabilitation of the existing landfill, civil works for Leachate water treatment plant and CDW plant. Energoprojekt Niskogradnja team along with Energoprojekt Hydroengineering and Energoprojekt Industry provides design for all works planned for construction.
Energoprojekt will act as Landfill EPC Contractor and will be responsible for the remediation of the Existing Landfill site as well as for the construction of the New Landfills and construction of the CDW Facility (civil works).
