Grievance mechanism:

The City Secretariat for Environmental Protection, Beo Čista Energija and subcontractors accept and respond to all suggestions and complaints associated with the Project.

Any person or organization may send comments, complaints and/or requests for information in person or via post, telephone or email using the contact information provided below.

At all times, complainants are also able to seek legal remedies in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Serbia.

All grievances are recorded and responded to within 20 calendar days, either verbally or in writing, in accordance with the preferred method of communication specified by the complainant.

Individuals who submit their comments or grievances have the right to request that their name be kept confidential. Grievances can also be submitted anonymously, however this may limit the possibilities for investigation of complaints and providing a response.
