On the occasion of Global Recycling Day, we highlight that waste is a valuable resource.

In the Vinča Resource Recovery Center, 693 000 tons of municipal waste were received in 2025, of which 340 000 tons were thermally treated in the EfW facility, producing electricity enough to supply 30 000 households and heat energy for 60 000 households in Belgrade.
